Abstract

This article seeks to analyze the relationship between the general state contracting regime and the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) signed between Peru and the United States of America, in relation to this, we must point out the importance of These treaties for the development of the economy between both countries and the scope it has in the field of State contracting, this because due to the globalization of markets has advanced in recent years and arise from the need to acquire goods for the state. In addition, we will also analyze those principles that govern this business relationship which are essential for its development.
