Management of the prevention of labor risks and the quality of labor life in a constructora company of Lima Metropolitana - 2017

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between the prevention of occupational risks and the quality of life. Material and methods: the research aimed at the variables under study and the solution for the management of occupational risks and quality of life for the workers of the company. Consultora y Constructora G- Ortiz Ingenieros y Arquitectos SAC, for this information was collected from the variable "Management of occupational risk prevention" through the application of 24 Likert scale reagents, likewise information was collected on the variable "Quality of life" ", through 31 Likert scale reagents; measuring the variables of interest. Results: A considerable positive correlation is shown between the management variables of the prevention of occupational risks and quality of life, according to the Pearson correlation statistic at 0.798 and a value of 0.000. Conclusions: There is a considerable positive correlation between the variables management of the prevention of labor risks and quality of life according to the Pearson correlation statistic to 0.798, in the company Consultora y Constructora G- Ortiz Ingenieros y Arquitectos SAC Lima - 201
